Returns & Refunds Policy
At Symtech, we want you to be fully satisfied with your local-first smart home hardware. If a product does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
* Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong variant, you (the buyer) are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
* Restocking Fees: Symtech does not charge any restocking fees.
* Defective or Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.
4. Return Process
To start a return, log into your Symtech Customer Account or email us directly at support@symtech.store. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
