Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12pm IST may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Estimates
- Ireland (Domestic): 3–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International (Rest of World): 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Free shipping promotions may apply — check your cart for eligibility.
Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside Ireland, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Symtech Home Automation has no control over customs fees.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@symtech.store and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
